Take down a listing
If you'd like a Campare listing removed — because you're the provider and you don't want to be listed, because the camp no longer exists, or because the listing has incorrect or outdated information — send us an email and we'll handle the rest. We process requests in batches and aim to action them within five working days.
What to include
Please tell us:
- The full URL of the Campare listing you want removed.
- Whether you're the provider, the copyright owner, or someone else.
- The reason for removal (a sentence is fine — for example, "I'm the provider and I'd rather not be listed", "the camp closed last year", "the dates are wrong").
- An email we can reply to, in case we have questions.
What happens next
Once we receive your request:
- We add it to the batch queue. Most requests are actioned within five working days; complex ones may take a little longer.
- We remove the listing and stop the crawler from re-listing the URL in future.
- We email you to confirm.
Removed listings return a "this listing is no longer available" page; search engines de-list them on their next crawl.
How to send your request
Email us at the address below. Your mail client will open with a template you can fill in — or copy the address and write to us from webmail if you prefer.
